A Bulgarian issue, commemorates the murder by Ricin pellet, delivered into Markov's thigh at a London Bus stop, by an agent of the Bulgarian Secret Service. Markov was a fierce critic of the Bulgarian Leadership and was allegedly targeted by the President of the country.
