referring to his use of rebar from the collapsed schools and then became a canvas to declare "Xi", referring to Xi Jinping, General Secretary, President and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, who has initiated reforms against corruption. One can only guess who is being overlooked but certainly not artists, liberals, Tibetans, reformers,
internet users, Taiwanese publishers or many others.
