During perhaps the third year of the "Flotilla", I came across a pair of weather balloons and adding what was to appear to be a pair of nipples, inflated and rowed them into the small pond in Lincoln Park. Soon after installing them there was a screech and crashing coming from Lake Shore Drive and a small fender-bender. Not the first time an accident has been the result of viewing an endowment whilst driving.
